We design and build new bulk solids conveying and storage plants. We assess the material, the process and site constraints to build the most suitable system. We manage every stage in-house, from feasibility study to start-up.
Specialists in custom new plants
Two plants handling the same material can have very little in common: throughput, available space, environmental constraints, climate, local regulations and maintenance arrangements all vary. When designing a new plant, we do not start with a catalogue: we assess the process and build a system tailored to all its specific requirements.
Our bulk handling solutions
- Belt conveyors in fixed and mobile configurations
- Ship loaders and unloaders
- Mobile quayside equipment
- Modular mechanical structures for industrial plants
- Complete bulk solids conveying and storage systems
How we work
Analysis and feasibility
Technical and economic assessments and feasibility studies. Before we begin design, we establish whether an investment is viable and which approach offers value.
Engineering
Preliminary, detailed and construction design using the latest 2D and 3D technologies. We provide documentation designed for practical use: clear, accessible and useful throughout the subsequent stages.
Manufacturing and painting
Both are carried out in-house. Design and manufacturing remain in the same hands.
Shipment and installation
Site management, construction cost accounting and supervision during execution. Safety coordination during design and construction.
Testing and start-up
Administrative acceptance checks, structural testing and technical testing through to plant commissioning. Once the plant enters operation, our Service team takes over.
We engineer the process as well as the equipment
Our objective is measurable: maximise return on investment as quickly as possible, while minimising plant downtime and the demands of maintenance and spare parts management.
ELEMENT-IA
Solutions for the entire plant lifecycle
Our work covers the entire plant lifecycle: handling, the design and construction of new systems; revamping, the upgrading of systems already in operation; and maintenance and spare parts, which extend their service life.
