Sustainability

For a company like ours, the main impact lies in the plants we design: systems that will operate for decades. This is where we focus our efforts, alongside the communities where we work, rather than solely on energy and resource use at our premises.
Doing things well
Doing things well means custom engineering solutions, upgrading existing plants, digital technologies and continued investment in people. These are also what make a business competitive. Sustainability is therefore part of how we work every day.

Our reporting approach

In 2024, we published our first sustainability report voluntarily, without any regulatory obligation. Starting this process reflects our commitment to integrating sustainability into our corporate strategy, promoting a culture of shared value and positive long-term impact.

Since 2025, reporting has taken place at Group level: data from SAMMI Srl and CCM Engineering Srlu is included in INTEGRA Holding’s sustainability report.
The report voluntarily follows the Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for non-listed SMEs (VSME), developed by EFRAG, with an approach proportionate to the organisation’s size. VSME does not require a double materiality assessment. We nevertheless chose to conduct one, following the principles of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), to identify relevant ESG topics, assess their impacts, risks and opportunities, and set priorities for the Strategic Sustainability Plan.
We consulted employees, customers and suppliers through questionnaires and interviews, and engaged with local businesses and Confindustria.
The Plan’s initiatives are linked to selected Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the 2030 Agenda. The reporting scope includes INTEGRA Holding, SAMMI and CCM Engineering.
